Trip points are earned by AFS members through the purchase of AFS’ Exclusive Brand products. It is the individual members’ choice on how to use the trip points earned. Some choose to use it for the AFS trip, and some choose to cash out the points and
drop it to their bottom line.

Previous AFS Adventures
New Zealand 2026
Our unforgettable New Zealand incentive trip delivered one epic adventure after another. The journey began on the North Island with a scenic Waiheke Island Tour, an enchanting visit to Hobbiton, and thrilling whitewater rafting in Rotorua. On the South Island, the group experienced the adrenaline rush of Queenstown Jetboat rides, bungee jumping, and an immersive Lord of the Rings 4WD Tour through breathtaking landscapes that left everyone in awe.
Tulum 2025
Our group enjoyed an unforgettable incentive trip to the beautiful beaches of Tulum, Mexico. The adventure included an exciting Xel-Ha Tour with its natural wonders, a relaxing Sailing Snorkel excursion along the Caribbean coast, and rejuvenating spa experiences that left everyone refreshed and recharged. We stayed at the stunning Hilton Tulum, where the group fully enjoyed the resort’s luxurious amenities, pristine pools, and breathtaking ocean views.
Scotland 2024
Our group experienced a truly memorable incentive trip through the historic landscapes and rich culture of Scotland. The adventure featured the scenic Kingdom of Fife Tour, outstanding golf outings, visits to the majestic Glamis Castle and Scone Palace, and the vibrant energy of the Highland Games. We enjoyed luxurious accommodations throughout the journey, staying at three exceptional hotels: Fairmont St. Andrews, Cameron House, and The Caledonian.
Punta Cana 2023
Our group enjoyed an unforgettable incentive trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. The adventure featured the exciting Marinarium Catamaran Experience, thrilling excursions at Cap Cana Scape Park, Anayuma Ziplines, and Wild Tiger Buggies through the tropical terrain. We also relaxed on pristine white sand beaches while immersing ourselves in the vibrant Dominican culture and savoring delicious local cuisine.

Our fondest memories of traveling on AFS incentive trips started back in 1981 right after we opened our first store. Mom and Dad went on a Mexican cruise, and were hooked. We have experienced every trip since then. Trips to Hawaii, Ireland, Scotland, Austria, Mexico, Virgin Islands and Alaska are just a few of our trips full of memories. Destinations has always been there making these trips memorable by accommodating our every need. One trip to Hawaii we were able to celebrate 50 years of marriage with a family reunion, with one family member not able to attend, what an experience. We have laughed, cried, been humbled by what we have seen and awed by vistas. We know once we sign up all will be taken care of, all we need to do is pack and show up at the airport. The staff at Destinations have become life long friends and more like family.

For the past 45 years, our company has participated in the AFS retailer trips and they have been about so much more than travel—they’ve created lifelong family memories, strengthened lasting business and friend relationships, and given us the opportunity to experience some of the world’s most incredible places. Every destination has reminded us that the greatest journeys are the ones shared together with friends. Our last trip to New Zealand and Australia checked two boxes on our bucket list. Plus, we got to Bungy off of the original bridge that started it all. Rick, Kip, and Jessica have made each trip special, and we look forward to more exciting adventures with the AFS family!
